Class Cancellation Policy
Effective June 1, 2025

Due to increased demand and limited class capacity, we have updated our class cancellation policy to help ensure that as many students as possible have the opportunity to practice.

Cancellations

• Students may cancel their reservation up to 4 hours prior to the start of class through our website or app.

• Late cancellations (made within 4 hours of class start time) will result in:

  • Forfeiture of the class from your package or membership (if applicable)

  • A $15 late cancellation fee

No-Shows

• If you miss a class without canceling your reservation, it will be treated as a no-show and the same fees and forfeiture policy will apply.

How to Cancel

• All cancellations must be completed through our website or app.

• Email cancellations will not be accepted, as our inbox is not monitored in real time.

By booking a class, you agree to comply with this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain fairness and availability for the entire Hot Spot Yoga community.
