Prenatal Yoga Series

The objective of this workshop is to provide a safe and comforting space for mothers to be who want to continue their yoga exploration.

This will also be an opportunity for new moms to meet other women going through similar experiences in pregnancy which can be like no other time in your life. This series will help those to further understand what is happening during the many changes in the different trimesters of pregnancy and how you can ease some of these symptoms.

We will go over ways to modify within yoga practice and daily life to help keep your energy up, as well as to help create a sense of ease and comfort when approaching pregnancy.

We will have a sangha to admire this beautiful change, a yoga asana flow with accessible postures, address recommended poses for strengthening and stretching of the pelvic floor, as well as a meditation to help one connect more with their baby and the thoughts of giving birth to new life.
