Donation Meditation & Pranayama with Courtney
During challenging and emotional times, emotional healing and relaxation can be found with a Yoga Nidra and Pranayama practice. Join us for a expertly curated class! You will begin the class with about 15-20 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises), that have various benefits. After the pranayama practice has concluded students you will set up for the practice of yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of active meditation, that is also a deep healing relaxation.
It is said that 30-45 minutes of yoga nidra is the equal to 8 hours of sleep. You'll leave feeling refreshed and energized and at peace. No yoga experience necessary, as this practice does not involve any asana. You may want to bring a small pillow, and you are welcome to wear your pajamas!
Empowerment Conditioning and Self-Defense Training with Jennifer
This class combines Martial Arts/HIIT(high-intensity interval training), along with basic self-defense techniques and philosophy. The goal is to physically strengthen and balance the body while empowering the mind. This class is aimed towards women and men alike to build confidence, power and comfortability should a situation arise where self-defense is a necessity.
